We ship in-stock items nationwide within 5 to 7 business days after the purchase date. All products on our website are stock are In-Stock and Ready to Ship unless otherwise noted in the product details.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.
Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery times are only estimates and may vary depending on your location and distance from Cerci's Closet HQ. These estimates do not include delays caused by:
• Shipping Couriers
• Busy Sale Periods
• Credit Card Verification Process
• Incomplete or Invalid Addresses
Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be processed until the following business day.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame we estimate, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations, include apartment, suite and/or box numbers. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If the package is returned non-deliverable or you refuse shipment, you will be held responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of any additional postage due on the return.
Pre- Orders:
All PRE-ORDER items are given an expected shipping date. Please note dates are expected by delivery from our vendor, so allow up to 4-7 days after that date for product receipt at our boutique. Please note dates are expected and can vary.
Express Shipping:
If you are need of an expedited shipment, please email us at customerservice@cercicloset.com and we'll be glad to process your request. Express shipments placed after 4:00 PM EST will not be processed and shipped until the following business day. There are no weekend shipments.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you did not receive it, you must address this with the appropriate carrier (DHL, FedEx or USPS). Cerci's Closet is not responsible for packages scanned as delivered nor will we issue any refunds.
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. Once an order is placed, we do not combine orders and refund shipping. We are unable to add an item to your order after your order has been placed.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once our carrier has shown packages have been delivered. All packages are shipped insured. You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier should your package be lost or stolen. By completing your purchase you agree and adhere to our shipping and delivery policies.
